Dolphins and sloths and macaws, oh my! Take a look at a few of the species, sights, and sounds the ornithology team experienced as they chugged upriver to their first study site. This is the third installment in a series of video journals by Dr. Jason Weckstein documenting the 2007 joint expedition between The Field Museum and Brazil’s Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi to survey Amazonian birds along the Rio Japurá and its tributaries.
