Catch the ornithology team’s last sunset over the Rio Japurá, and check out the preparations of their final batch of specimens as the riverboat heads toward home port. This is the ninth installment in a series of video journals by Dr. Jason Weckstein documenting the 2007 joint expedition between The Field Museum and Brazil’s Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi to survey Amazonian birds along the Rio Japurá and its tributaries.
